As a Public Communications Officer (Media Relations) with the Singapore Police Force (SPF),  I worked closely and actively with colleagues and police officers from the relevant units to extract essential information for the drafting and issuing of accurate and timely press releases, media statements, and forum letter replies during each shift. 

As these queries were also sometimes urgent and sensitive in nature, I had to assess the situation and was counted on to take initiative in recommending and drafting media statements and forum replies to my supervisors and superiors.
